As far as we’re concerned just being your landlord isn’t good enough. We work hard to offer you much more than that and to make sure you get the most out of being a GHA tenant.
We are committed to working with you to improve the quality of your homes and the services you receive. We also think it’s important for communities to become more involved in shaping how we deliver our services and improvements. We have 57 local housing organisations (LHOs) across Glasgow, run by tenant-led committees. Although we own your house, your LHO is responsible for the delivery of the services you receive on our behalf. The management committee and staff of your LHO are responsible for the management of homes in your area.
